We’ve had a great start to our market season, even if summer was a little late in arriving. We have had beautiful, sunny days, and great turnout. We even set an opening day attendance record! I just love seeing our market grow. Thank you to all who support us and our vendors.
We had our first Chef at the Market event on June 20th. Chef Matthew made omelettes with eggs from Lancashire Farm, cherry tomatoes from Wilderness Earth Farm, and pickled onions from Krafted on the Kenai. Matthew till be back again Aug. 1 for another day of demonstrations and tasting.
