We will be celebrating National Farmers Market Week by giving away free packets of lettuce seeds. Stop by the Market Information booth either Saturday, Aug. 3 or Saturday, Aug. 10 to get yours.


We have already had two very successful Chef at the Market demonstrations so far this season. During the most recent event on July 20, Chef Joe Spady made a delicious chef’s salad using a variety greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and scrambled eggs, all topped with a delicious rhubarb vinaigrette. One of our customers was so impressed that she immediately purchased some rhubarb, something she had never eaten before.

Our final Chef at the Market event will be on Saturday, Aug. 17.
